Maybe it would be for the best if my HVAC company failed.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m not a quitter. No matter what is ever gone wrong my life, I have tried to forge ahead. My mother taught us not to be quitters, and to never say I can’t, but the HVAC company has been pulling me down lately. I’m looking for someone who would want to purchase the HVAC company for me, so I retire. Unfortunately, no one seems to want to own an HVAC company. I have advertised for partners, and even talked my children, but to no avail. Last week, I was at the lowest and I said to him that maybe it would be for the best of my HVAC company failed. My son laughed. He couldn’t understand what had gotten into me. The HVAC company was at the top of the game, and there was no way it was going to fail, unless I forced it to fail. I heard what he was saying, and decided to change my tactics. Instead of going to outsiders, I talked to the men who worked for me. I told them that I was interested in either taking a partner in the HVAC business, or selling it out right. Right before I was getting ready to go home, there was a knock on my office door. One of my top HVAC technicians wanted to talk to me about my offer. He said he had been considering his own HVAC company, but he would rather partner with me in this one. It was an established business, and he wanted to be in on the ground floor when it began to grow even greater.
