I’m not sure how much I should be moving my arm

There’s a sharp stabbing pain in the back of my shoulder from where I injured.

I was playing volleyball and my shoulder popped in and out of the socket.

I feel so much pain and have to take some painkillers. This isn’t my first time with the same injury, so I know it’s only a matter of time until I need to stop playing volleyball. I just don’t know what else to do if I’m forced to give up a sport I’ve loved for so long. My whole life I’ve been an employee at the a/c company and a volleyball player. That is all that I’ve done pretty much my whole adult years and now I may have to stop taking part in the sport. I think I could get more work at the a/c company and dedicate myself to earning money. But, that will leave me with a gap inside because I can’t play volleyball anymore. This isn’t the first time it has happened, and I made it through the other times. So I just need to be patient and kind to myself while my body heals. Perhaps I need to leave the house and go buy a wireless control system to install in my home. My seasoned dial control system is faulty plus and must be updated. I’m just not sure how much I should be moving my right arm, as it actually hurts so much when I try to do any work. It’s better to rest.
