I had technically been in business for years at that point, but you wouldn’t think so, because of the very few customers I get.
If it wasn’t for the fact that I had a lot of saved up money to fall back on, I would have gone out of business by now. As my money was running out I was really beginning to think that I might have to close down my business after all, which was incredibly saddening, because even though my business wasn’t much, it meant a lot to me. I wasn’t exactly sure what I was doing wrong, I even had a website for my HVAC business. I saw an ad for a digital marketing company, and I read about them. The marketing business promised to make your business more visible to the public, and since I didn’t really have much else to lose, I decided to give them a try. The people at the online marketing business were really friendly, and they introduced me to the things that would make my HVAC corporation better. They told me about PPC, SEO and SEM. Pay per click is where when my ad is advertised and someone clicks on it, I pay for their visit and hope that they buy something to make a profit. Google ads are great for this. Search engine optimization helps make your website more visible, and SEM is very similar except it uses both organic and paid methods of getting attention from people. They taught me all of these things and how to apply them to my website in a week. I haven’t seen improvement yet, but I think I made the right choice.
