As the end of the semester was fast approaching, I began looking for a Summer job as well as ended up at an internationally known fast food diner. My first month of working there I noticed it was hot as well as the flies were unbearable. I was constantly swatting flies away from my face. I would come beach house from toil excessively covered in sweat as well as having to take another shower. One day I overheard a co-worker say the a/c went out, as well as this is the fifth time this has happened. A day or two later a Heating as well as A/C specialist came to service the a/c. “Finally we’re going to have freezing air flowing through this diner!”, I exclaimed to a coworker. My coworkers as well as myself and others watched at the shift manager directed him towards the back of the diner so she can concern shoot the a/c as well as begin fixing it. Meanwhile it got busy, so every one of us were busy assisting clients. Time flies when you’re busy, as well as before you knew it, about two hours had passed. Then every one of us saw the Heating as well as A/C specialist walk up front as well as out the door to her van. All of us asked the manager if he’s done, as well as she replied no he’s just getting additional tools. She assured us that we’ll have freezing air soon. Another hour passed, as well as every one of us saw the specialist once again walk up front, but this time she had her gear with him as well as asked the manager to sign an invoice. After she left, every one of us all celebrated as well as was glad to get relief. I got sleepy of walking to the freezer to get some relief!
