Which in turn will also save you a little bit of money on your monthly energy bills
One thing I have found out about having your home’s heating and air conditioning system work best is to use fewer air vents. For instance, if you are not using the air vents in your bedroom during the day, then you should close those air vents and only have the 2 in the living room going. Using only 2 air vents will make that air flow from the central heating and air conditioning system go very quick and very well. The same as if you are not in the kitchen, close off the air vent. What happens is the air will all flow directly out of the 2 air vents that will be in the living room and it will end up heating or cooling more than just the 1 area. It will spread itself out to almost everywhere on the ground floor near the living room as well. This was a tip that my local heating and air conditioning specialist gave to me to try. And believe me it works well. It also helps save a little bit of energy use because your central heating and air conditioning system does not have to work as hard to reach the desired temperature set on the thermostat. Which in turn will also save you a little bit of money on your monthly energy bills. I have already seen a small decrease in my monthly energy bill ever since I have started to do this with the air vents in my home. My central heating and air conditioning system also works smoother too because of having to work less.
