We just aren’t sure how much we should be moving our right arms, as they really hurt a lot when we try to move at all
We feel a sharp stabbing pain in the back of our shoulders from where we were hurt yesterday. We smacked a volleyball and our shoulders popped in and out of the socket abruptly but the pain is not unbearable. We’ve done it various times playing and we believe that it’s almost time to call it quits since we’ve been playing for 35 years. We just don’t know what else to do if we aren’t playing ball although we will find something else. Our whole lives weI’ve worked in the air conditioning corporation and played volleyball. That’s all that we have done pretty much our entire working life and now we may have to stop playing volleyball for good. It’s possible for us to get employment at the cooling corporation and focus on earning a living although we will feel bad inside if we can’t play the interest that we enjoy anymore. This has happened before, and we made it through the other times, so we just need to be patient and kind to ourselves while our bodies work on healing itself. Maybe this tomorrow we could go buy a smart thermostat and install it because our aged dial thermostat is failing and needs to be upgraded. We just aren’t sure how much we should be moving our right arms, as they really hurt a lot when we try to move at all. Rest seems reasonable.
