The HVAC specialist was here Last week toiling on our central air conditioning and every one of us started talking about all kinds of things! The air conditioning hadn’t been toiling at full capacity so she was checking it out to see if it needed any new parts or anything! She was also changing out the air filters for us.
She was actually super friendly and straight-forward to talk to and so every one of us talked about religion, politics, families, and even our wives! At a single point the conversation turned to how our spouse and kids all have concerns with dust sensitivities for a large section of the year and the HVAC specialist had all types of things to say about that.
She said that if she were me, the first thing that she would do was get rid of the cheap air filters that every one of us had been using in our HVAC unit. She told myself and others that she would replace the air conditioning filter with a better, allergy reducing HEPA filter if I wanted him to. Then she said that the next thing she would do would be to schedule a professional ductwork and ventilation system cleaning. She informed me that sometimes, pollen and dust can accumulate in your ductworks and it can end up causing all kinds of concerns in your ventilation system and wreak havoc on your dust sensitivities. This is especially tploy if you somehow end up needing ductwork sealing, every so often the ducts can break or get holes in them and that lets dust and debris in that would otherwise be kept out of the closed system. She also advocated that every one of us install a whole condo whole-beach house air purifier.
